MM5.2.0 2.14 Replace and restore

The user can replace an asset with another one. Clicking "Replace" in the actions menu in the asset preview mode will trigger the appearance of upload dialog box. After the user selects a new file, an information box will appear in the lower right corner:

Once the replacement process finishes, the old asset is automatically moved to Asset History under the "Related" panel. Metadata remain the same and need to be changed manually by the user, if needed.

The user can also replace assets with crops or trims by selecting the option "Create a new crop/trim".

From version 5.1.0 the user has also the ability to restore one of the previous versions of the asset. It can be accomplished by opening the Asset History in the "Related" panel, clicking on the three dots next to the chosen previous version of the asset and selecting "Restore".

The following process of restoring the asset is identical to the process of replacing the asset.
