DC 5.8 Breaking Changes - Video profile xml

All video formats have defined a path to a profile that contains the executing command. From 5.8, this is now a database property, rather than a path to a file.

This database property can be accessed through API or manipulated through configuration management.

Should video transcode fail with an exception stating no profile xml is defined, then this is the cause and the video profile must be included on the format definition.
