DC 5.8 Breaking Changes - Import Configuration

From 5.8.0, the importer, used to import assets in bulks, is always deployed as part of the Digizuite deployment.

This means that it does not have to be installed separately any longer.

Furthermore, the configuration has been moved to the MediaManager instead of json files on the disk.
