Why:

PPTX jobs will fail by default. Also Statusdetail will say "orphaned jobs".

By default PPTX will not work. You need to follow either of these two guides to make them work:

(Customer doesn't have Office installed) /wiki/spaces/PSBOK/pages/80126158
(Customer has Office installed) /wiki/spaces/PSBOK/pages/78258707
