Job viewer may have issues working correctly after updating

Without doing this, the job system will now work.

When updating a system, the updater might not copy digibatch_right_content_details.aspx from the pre-subfolder to the site root folder. This will cause the DAM Center to return the following error:

when trying to view/edit a job. (Noted during the Tulip Test DC 4.6.1 → 4.7.0 Update.) Fix: Copy "*site*\pre\digibatch_right_content_details.aspx" to "*site*\digibatch_right_content_details.aspx"
