DFS 9.3.0 - Validate connection to Digizuite

This will verify the connections between Sitecore and Digizuite.

The following table shows the different error messages.

  • The server (URL TO DIGIZUITE) responded with 404 Not found. Could it be that the website has been stopped?
  • The remote name could not be resolved: (URL TO DIGIZUITE). Please check the url, perhaps there's a typo?
Make a request to Digizuite and test the connection. Handshake.Check that the Digizuite, is running? Did you enter the correct url to Digizuite?
3Could not login with the synchronization user, server responded: Access denied. Please check the setting DFS.AssetSiloSettings.Default.Username and DFS.AssetSiloSettings.Default.Password, perhaps there's a typo or the user does not exists?Validate the synchronization userVerify the username and password entered. Did you enter a wrong username or password? Does the user exist in Digizuite?
4The ConfigVersionId is not correct. It does not belong to the DAM for Sitecore product. Please validate that you have entered the correct one or contact Digizuite.Validate the ConfigVersionIdVerify that the entered config version id belongs to the product "Dam for Sitecore" in Digizuite.
