MM5.10 User approval workflow

User approval workflow exists to support the process of new user approval in terms of the automations as well as the coordination of tasks between the users. What is described in this section is the most typical use case for this kind of workflow, where a user signs up for a new DAM account and a system administrator either approves or denies the request based on the information provided in the custom signup form.
Note
This is just an example of a correctly configured download request workflow. There are many building blocks available for both workflows and automations to best accommodate the needs of our users.
The description of the use case is divided into two sections.

MM5.10 Working with user approval workflow is intended for everyday users involved in the workflow to understand the flow of the tasks.
