DAM for Episerver comes with a administration tool located at Admin → Tools - Digizuite DAM Administration.

The purpose of this tool is to help administrators and developers with some usefull functionality. The following features:

  1. See the installed verson of the module. We extract the productversion of the binaries.

     

  2. Helper tool for clearing stored data about an asset. This tool come in handy if you are an developer testing locally and do not have setup DFE 2.0.0 - 12 Digizuite integration which will keep the data in Episerver updated automatically. Then this tool can clear the data stored in Episerver, which mean that the next time the asset is requested, data will be fetched from Digizuite DAM. For example if the medata has been changed or the assets source file has been replaced.

     

  3. Helper tool for clearing stored data for all assets. This is especially useful if you are switching between Digizuite DAM instances, then is is a good idea to clear all data before starting to use the new DAM instance.
