1. Setting up Available Media Formats (backend)

Navigate to System tools →  ConfigManager →  Digizuite™ Office Connector and select the available version. Access the Config parameters tab and the following configurations will be available:

• Preview Quality – select the quality of the preview
• Office Qualities – you can have multiple qualities of the asset that is about to be inserted in the document
• Page size – select how many assets should be visible on a page
• Channel – link to the folder under Channels from where the images should be available
• Show advanced search – enable if the connector is set to support advanced search
• Automatic search – do automatic search when accessing the connector
• Show format ID – see the ID of the selected format
