If the parameter for a Filter is known to always be the same, a Predetermined value can be configured for that filter.

If a filter has predetermined values, the effect is that any parameters given to this filter by the user or client code are ignored, i.e. the filter becomes "hardcoded". 

Predetermined values can defined during creation of a filter:
