DC 6.1 Formats - Troubleshooting
The status of all transcode jobs can be found on the transcode job status page in the Media Manager. On this page, failed jobs can be retried, and logs for the jobs can be accessed.
Formats that start with “Internal” in their names are internally defined formats that are used as intermediate steps. An example of this is the “Internal Thumbnail” format, which is, for example, used when creating video thumbnails. In particular, to generate a rendition of an image format for a video, a rendition of the internal format “Internal Thumbnail” is first generated, and then a rendition of the targeted image format is created.
Thus, if you expect to find a failed job for your image format “My image format” but can’t find it, look for failed jobs for internal formats.
