Metadata audit trail is the track record of all metadata changes performed by users or the system.

The audit trail can be accessed:

  • in the main view: by either clicking ‘Audit trail’ button or by selecting ‘More' on an asset card and then the option 'Audit trail'

     

     

  • in asset preview mode: by clicking the button ‘Audit trail’

     

The user will then be re-directed to ‘Audit logs’ view with a filter for the specified asset pre-selected.
