After the user selects a new file, an information dialog will appear in the lower right corner:

The user can also replace assets with crops or trims by selecting the option "Replace latest version", when creating crops/trims.

Asset history

Once the replacement process finishes, the old asset is automatically moved to ‘Asset history’ section under the 'Related assets' panel. Metadata remain the same and need to be changed manually by the user, if needed.

From version 5.1.0 the user has also the ability to restore one of the previous versions of the asset. It can be accomplished by navigating into ‘Asset history' section in the ‘Related assets’ panel, clicking on ‘More’ menu next to the chosen previous version of the asset and selecting ‘Restore’.

The subsequent process of restoring the asset is identical to the process of replacing the asset.
