DC 5.9 Breaking Changes - Importer match search

As part of 5.9.0 the API used to matching assets in the Importer has been changed to use the new API.

The behavior should be an exact match, but there is a breaking change in the way the Importer is configured and therefore some manual work is required to migrate from the old search to the new.

This also impacts Configuration management.
