DC 5.9 - Admin UI

The old admin UI, often referred to as DAMCenter, is officially deprecated with this release. All the functionality found in there is going to be included in the MediaManager UI. With this release not everything is in there yet, however, there is API for everything and it can be controlled through the Configuration Management.

Similarly to the old API, then this is kept in 5.9 and 5.10 and ultimately removed in version 6.0.
