MM5.7 Quick asset info configuration

The administrative user has the ability to configure which metadata fields are included in the ‘Asset info’ dialog.

From version 5.7 this can be done from the Media Manager UI. Navigate to ‘Settings’ (1) → ‘General settings’ (2) → ‘Asset info’ (3).

Now click in the field ‘Add button’ under ‘Asset info fields’ section and select metadata fields from the dropdown list.

The triple dot symbol next to each individual metadata field gives access to more options: ability to remove it. It is also possible to re-order the available actions by dragging them by the handle symbol on the far right.

Click ‘Save’ to confirm the changes or ‘Cancel’ to discard them.
