Office Connector can be used in Outlook while composing messages. In order to bring out the Digizuite™ Office Connector to the interface of Microsoft Outlook, open a message composing window, and then navigate to the "Message" tab. At the far right of the available tools, you will find "Digizuite" button. Click on it to activate the Office Connector.
The connector will open on the right side of the working area. If the user has previously used the connector and did not log out, the solution will load in a logged-in state. Otherwise, the user needs to log in.
The majority of features function exactly the same, with the exception of how the assets can be used.
Office Connector in Outlook allows the user to attach assets to the message rather than embedding them. In order to attach an asset, click “Attach” button at the bottom of an asset card.
This will open a list of the available qualities. After selecting the quality, the asset will be attached to the message. It can happen instantly or take several seconds, dependent on the size of an asset.
