The adobe CCC plugins login can be activated from the Adobe application. This can be achieved by clicking the menu in the top right and selecting preferences.
The logfiles are saved in the users Document folder.
Additional logging may be activated if needed. This can be achieved by adding the following files to the Adobe applications root folder:
- LogHTTPCalls
- LogHTTPState
- LogHTTPAuth
It does not matter what the files are, since the application only looks for the files. Make sure the files do not have an extension.
When the Adobe application runs and the user performs an action log files with the same names are saved to the users Document folder. Depending on when the error occurs, the user might not see all three log files. The log files are never cleared, and will be appended to for subsequent runs of the Adobe application.
