CCC 2.0.0 Troubleshooting
Default logging
The adobe CCC plugins login can be activated from the Adobe application. This can be achieved by clicking the menu in the top right and selecting preferences.
The log files are saved in the user's Document folder, in a folder named "digizuite_cc_files".
Additional logging
Additional logging may be activated if needed. This can be achieved by adding the following files to the Adobe applications' root folders (e.g. C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CC 2020):
- LogHTTPCalls
- LogHTTPState
- LogHTTPAuth
It does not matter what the files are since the application only looks for the files. Make sure the files do not have an extension.
When the Adobe application runs and the user performs an action, log files with corresponding names are saved in the user's Document folder.
Depending on when in the plugin-initialization the error occurs, the user might not see all three log files, and in some cases no log files.
The log files are never cleared and will be appended onto by subsequent runs of the Adobe application.
