| Metadata ingest is Excel sheets and the sheet contains empty rows which for some reason are perceived as actual rows despite being empty. | An error in the log will say Row x has no match token or item ID and thus cannot be identified. This error happens when a row which is supposedly metadata does not have either an ItemId or a match token to use for searching for the asset to update. | Safely, as long as the row is actually empty. If not there is a problem with the input document. | This is fixed in version 1.0.0 released with DAM 4.10.0 so is only an issue with versions previous to this. Fixed means that when you get this message it means a row had data but there was no ItemId supplied and no match check succeeded. |
