• Asset type - filters assets based on a specific asset type

• Quality - filters assets based on a specific quality

• Status - filters assets based on a specific status

• Has sublink - filters assets based on having more than one instance of the same asset/file in the active document

• Extension - filters assets based on a specific extension

 

Filters can be expanded and collapsed individually, the state which will be remembered when the user logs in next time.

The number of results is shown prior to executing the search. The user can apply several filters at once and the number of results updates in real time.

It is possible to remove the filters by clicking ‘Clear all filters’ button.
