DFS 11.0 - Synchronization

This tool helps maintaining the assets that are synchronized into Sitecore at this location (sitecore/media library/Digizuite/Assets). You can see how many assets that are available from Digizuite.

Synchronization options

You have 3 diffrent sync options:

• Sync all assets into Sitecore. This vill start a Sitecore job, which you can monitor in the job viewer.

• Sync specific assets.

• Get all updated assets og new uploads from a given date.

Cleanup

Overtime you can end up with assets in the silo that no longer exists in Digizuite. Run the cleanup job. Which will remove all items in the silo which does not exists in Digizuite anymore.
