The Digizuite constant TREELAYOUTFOLDERSYNCH_BACKEND_ALL_GROUP

This Digizuite constant would ensure that security records was always added for given set of groups for every new item created.

Usually this was used for administrative access.

With the removal of this constant the creator must add this manually.
