3.3.1 Folder navigation

The assets are organized in the multi-level folder structure. The folders and subfolders are the reflection of the the structure visible also in other Digizuite applications, and can be created and changed in the DAM Center. 

Click on folders and then subfolders to load their contents. There are two ways to go back:

• by clicking the back arrow in the upper left corner
• by selecting the place to go back to from the navigation menu at the top.

3.3.2 Free-text search

In order to search for assets, click on the grey search box at the top of the Office Connector panel. During the typing the results will appear in real time.

To exit the search, click on "Cancel" next to the search box and the application will return to the default view.

3.3.3 Filtering

In the Digizuite™ Office Connector the user can filter the content by asset type. The asset types available for viewing in the Office Connector are images, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. It is possible to select more than one asset type at a time.

3.3.4 Sorting

The user can choose in which order the assets are displayed, based either on upload date or title. There are four possibilities available:

• Newest first,
• Oldest first,
• Title A-Z,
• Title Z-A.
