In the main view of the DAM for Sitecore administration dashboard, there are some insights.

  • You can see the version of the module you are running.


  • Compare the number of assets in Digizuite, Sitecore DB and master index. If they are not aligned. It can either be that there are missing assets in Master DB or there are too many assets in Master DB.
    From this view you can correct missing or too many assets. A button will show up.

     
  • DAM for Sitecore has its own indexes, one for master and one for web. The default name is dfs_assets_master_index and dfs_assets_web_index.
    Insights will search the indexes and give you information for each synchronized language:
    • Number of assets
    • Number of cropped assets
    • Number of metagroups
    • Number of metafields
    • Number of formats
