The standard configuration includes four Sitecore roles:

  • sitecore\Digizuite DAM for Sitecore Explorer Access
  • sitecore\Digizuite DAM for Sitecore Users
  • sitecore\Digizuite DAM for Sitecore Editors
  • sitecore\Digizuite DAM for Sitecore Administrators

Grant minimum access for the anonymous user

The anonymous user, used to access the web, needs to have read access to assets in order to see them. To do this, add the role: sitecore\Digizuite DAM for Sitecore Users.

This ensures that assets can be seen in the web context.

Grant access for users

Any user that needs access to assets, needs to have a DAM for Sitecore role assigned to them, this determines their access level.
