The "Original" files os EPS and SVG files cannot be inserted to documents - as the files aren't natively supported in Office products. Transcoded EPS and SVG files can be inserted.

When opening the connector, you must not be in progress of editing a cell - this will prevent you from being able to overwrite the document on the server with the one you're editing. If this happens - stop editing the cell, and reopen the connector.
While pressing "Save new" you must not be editing a cell - failing to do this, will make the following error occur
To enable users to access PowerPoint templates, please make sure to change the extension registered for PowerPoint templates from "pptm" to "potx". This can be done by navigating to "System tools" → "Format types" and find the "PowerPoint template" format with id 50003 in the DAM Center.
Mac users might not be able to open Office documents through MM5 or the connector. Furthermore, Mac users might not be able to edit and save existing documents opened through MM5 or the connector. This is most likely caused by some issues with the newest Office release, and it is expected to be fixed by Microsoft in the near future.
After an update, the OC might be loading forever. If opening the office program as admin works, then you can do the following to fix it:
Have your Office program open - not as Admin
Have the OC opened
Press WinBtn+R
Type "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\F12\IEChooser.exe"
Press the OfficeConnector
In the console - input "location.reload(true)" and press enter

First issue
If you have a non-Danish customer, you'll like experience that they have some labels in Danish, even though their UI are in English. To fix this, you need to run the following script (Make DK labels EN.sql) in order for their UI to be completely English. (Update: This seems to not be 100 % solution - if anyone has a solution to this, please write it here)
You need to edit the rights on the channel folder, as the default rights will grant write rights to the wrong groups. You should make it so, that internal access has read rights - not write rights - and - sa should have full read/write. No one else should have access/rights.
Third issue
You need to add qualities for the office connector in order to make it work!
