The Brand Portal feature allows users to create different showrooms to display assets inside the Digizuite DAM. Each of these showrooms (or brand portal configurations) can contain different groups of assets, and can also have a distinctive look and feel. When the feature is enabled, marketers can create spaces to support multiple use cases.
These scenarios include:
Enterprises with multiple brands can create a different portal for every brand. Within each portal configuration, assets for the designated brand are grouped in a space with brand specific styling.
Companies with multiple product groups or business units can create a portal to contain assets for each distinct offering.
Organizations can leverage this feature to build a brand guidelines portal, which includes logos, templates, selected product assets, style guides, and more. It is possible to create different configurations for multiple brands and sub-brands
The portal feature can also be used to create branded spaces for campaigns and/or events, from which users can access campaign/event-specific assets.
The Brand Portal allows the following to be customized by dedicated users:
Hero banners – a large image at the top of the portal page, which sets the tone for the portal and the content in it.
Font type – each space can have a dedicated font for the banner and folder text. If a company’s brand involves a specific or custom font, then it can be used as the portal text.
Logo – a logo can be displayed on each portal page. These logos can be brand logos, or graphics that have been designed for a campaign, product launch, or event.
Color theme – the main colors can be modified per portal.
Asset cards – within each portal or sub-space, users can adjust the layout of the assets cards to logically organize the specific types of assets in a way that is intuitive for users.
… And more – there are several more configuration options that enable each space to support the customers in their use cases and for whatever their purpose is for each portal.
