Things to be aware of
Dependent on the application and the asset type, the asset is either opened or directly placed in a predetermined location on the canvas:
In the case of InDesign, once the user has chosen quality, the thumbnail of the image will become attached to the mouse pointer, until the user clicks on the spot on the page, where it should be placed. The user can also pre-select the spot, in which the image should be placed (for example, a frame). If the goal is to replace another image already existing on the page, the user needs to click on it, and then click Place/Use and choose the quality from the connector.
In the case of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere Pro, the procedure is simpler and the user can simply click Use on an asset out of the Adobe CC Connector and the asset will be placed on the canvas.
Once the asset is placed on the page/canvas, the user can continue working with it like with assets from any other source.
The quality configured on the MM5 config manager (Creative cloud connector - Low insert quality) will be used by default for the place button. If this is not set or the asset does not have the specified quality, then it will default to the source

Multi insert
The assets from the DAM displayed in the Adobe CC Connector can be used by simply clicking the Place button on the asset card.
In asset preview mode the user has the option to choose the quality from a list. Click the Use button and a modal box will show the available qualities to choose from. The possible values depend on the asset type.
