Audio Support in Media Manager

Media manager now support both upload and listening to audio files. The supported formats are MP3, WAV, MIDI, AAC, WMA.

How to access it

Audio assets are indicated by an audio icon and the file format as shown below:

How it works

Click on the asset to see the asset preview from where the video can be played:

Full breadcrump path is shown

A full breadcrumb path is now shown to simplify navigation between folders and to show users the exact location of their assets.

How it works

There is a back button but also the individual levels in the breadcrumb are clickable. It allows the user to seamlessly navigate between folders.

Streamlined and stacked notifications

Most notifications have been streamlined to show as smaller messages in the lower right corner. The messages are now stacked so that when one message is closed the next one appear.

How to access it

The notifications are shown instead of large popup boxes and used for notifications around download, collections, sign up and other areas.

Viewing of assets have been streamlined

Viewing assets have been streamlined and simplified by merging gallery and box into one view. The boxes have been amended with additional information to support the features of the gallery view.

How to access it

Box view is the default view and shown when entering the website. Example boxes are shown here:

Asset Info can be seen directly from box view

The new feature allow users to see additional asset info directly from the box view without having to navigate to the asset preview. To goal is to avoid the number of click for the user and provide them with the information when needed.

Click on the (info) icon on the asset box as illustrated here:
