The Adobe Creative Cloud Connector communicates with our DAM Center to get access to and update relevant data. In that communication, it utilizes the security concepts of the Digizuite DAM Center as described here DC 5.5 Security

User roles

Any user connecting through the Digizuite Adobe Creative Cloud Connector (DACCC), must have these two roles:

Asset_Can_Download
Asset_Can_Replace

If the feature Check In/Out is enabled (can be enabled on MM5 Config manager), then the user must also have these two roles:
Member_Viever
ItemCheckInOut_CRUD


Features



Check out asset + check in asset you've checked outItemCheckInOut_CRUD
Write access to the asset
See who have checked out assets (both own and others')

Member_Viewer (OR Administrator)



Check in assets that other people have checked out

Administrator
