1.1 Location of the DAM for Episerver connector

The Digizuite™ DAM for Episerver connector is located right next to the Episerver-native Media Library. In order to access the connector, the editor has to log in and enter the edit view. The next step is to click the "Toggle asset pane" symbol in the upper right corner of the user interface, and to select the "Digizuite" tab next to the default tabs such as "Blocks" and "Media".

Clicking the pin symbol in the upper left corner of the pane will keep it in place, so that the editor can easily access DAM for Episerver thoughout the whole process of creating and editing on-page content.

1.2 Folder structure

The folder structure in the DAM for Episerver pane mirrors the folders visible in all the solutions in the Digizuite product family. The editor can navigate through the folders by expanding and collapsing the subfolders, just like in any other tree structure.

Unlike the folders in the default Media Library, the Digizuite folders can only be created, re-named and deleted in the DAM Center.

  • the start of the cropping process,
  • the finalization of cropping process,
  • the finalization of the upload.

A number in a red circle visible on top of the notifications symbol signalizes how many unread messages there are. Clicking the symbol opens a box with notifications. The unread notifications are marked with yellow.
