This guide aims to explain the process of removing pre 3.0.0 versions of the job system Digizuite™ DigiBatch.

For new DigiBatchs newer than 3.0.0, a lot of this guide is not useable

4.1 Stop all DigiBatch services

There are two ways you can use for stopping a DigiBatch service

4.1.1

Open the Digizuite™ program named Configure DigiBatch.

Go to the tab named Services.

Press the button in the bottom of the program named Stop All.

Now all your services should have their states being Stopped.

4.1.2

The other way to do it is a more manual approach, that you should only do if for some reason you are not able to access the Configure DigiBatch program from the previous step.

Go to the built in Windows program named Services.

Find the services named DigiBatch Service [instance name] and DigiBatch Submit Service.

Stop all the services by right clicking them and pressing Stop.

4.2. Uninstall all Batch Engine related programs

Go into Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the following programs.

  • DigiAmazonJobs
  • DigiAzureJobs
  • DigiCDRToolsJobs
  • DigiDvdToolsJobs
  • DigiExiftoolJobs
  • DigiFFMpegJobs
  • DigiFlashToolsJobs
  • DigiFtpJobs
  • DigiIdentifyJobs
  • DigiImageMagicJobs

  • DigiMpegWaterMarkJobs
  • DigiPDFJobs
