The crop tool in Media Manager 5 gives the user the possibility to use one of the pre-defined cropping forms, based either on aspect ratio (standard presets) or specific dimensions (corporate presets). The presets can be configured in the DAM Center.
In order to access preset configuration, navigate to System tools → ConfigManager → Digizuite™ Media Manager 5, and then select the version that you wish to apply the changes to. You will find Standard Presets and Corporate Presets under the tab Config parameters.

- Name - the name of a new preset;
- Description - the description of a new preset, displayed under the preset name in Media Manager's interface;
- Lock Aspect Ratio - whether or not selecting the preset will also lock the aspect ratio;
- Aspect Ratio X and Aspect Ratio Y - the ratio between the width and height of a preset crop, e.g. 1:1 for a square.
