If the parameter for a Draft - a Filter is known to always be the same, a Predetermined value can be configured for that filter.
The If a filter has predetermined values, the effect is that any parameters given to this filter are ignored. this filter by the user or client code are ignored, i.e. the filter becomes "hardcoded".
