The Adobe Creative Cloud Connector communicates with our DAM Center to get access to and update relevant data. In that communication, it (CCC) uses the Digizuite DAM Center to download assets, metadata, languages etc. from.

It utilizes the security concepts of the Digizuite DAM Center as described here DC 5.5 Security

User roles

Any user connecting through the Digizuite Adobe Creative Cloud Connector (DACCC), must have these two roles:CCC must have the following role.

  • Asset_Can_Download

If they wish to upload something - or replace something - they need the following roles:

  • MediaPortal_Upload 
  • Asset_Can_Replace

If the feature Check In/Out check in/out feature is enabled (can be enabled on MM5 Config manager), then the user must also have these two roles:

  • Member_Viever
  • ItemCheckInOut_CRUD
