The Catalog area serves as the main repository in the Digizuite™ DAM Center, and is shared between all the users that have access. The Catalog is the main storage area for all media, and always contain the source assets uploaded to the Digizuite™ DAM Center.
Note: When an asset placed in a Catalog area is deleted, it is removed for all users at once. Also, any external links to public display of the asset is removed as the asset no longer exists in the Digizuite™ DAM Center.
New subfolders can be added to any folder inside the Catalog area. Select the desired folder and right click. From the opened menu select Add folder. You can further on Delete folder or Edit folder.
