You can't update with redirect enabled

You will not be able to update
You must not have a redirect site on the IIS while updating (redirecting is used for sending people from http to https). Doing that, will make the the updater stop at "Reloading in 10 sec for next step.". The install log will also say that you have duplicate bindings.
