Once the assets have been identified and the XML has been created for every asset, place them in the same folder to be uploaded to the DigizuiteTM DAM Center.


Note: the XML file and the asset need to have the exact same filename.


Before ingesting, the Drop folder should be configured by Digizuite. The ingest action will start when both the XML and asset are placed in the Drop folder. The assets will be available inside the DigizuiteTM DAM Center with added GUID to the metadata.


Notes:

  • Test XML and asset should be provided by Digizuite.
  • Folder structure from Sitecore path will be mirrored in the DigizuiteTM folder structure.
  • The customer or the partner monitors the ingest process inside DigizuiteTM.
