How to fix Adobe Creative Cloud issues (5.5.4 and 5.6.0)

This issue is caused by a license that expired on the Digizuite end, which has been renewed. Therefore, it is important to upgrade the Creative Cloud Connector plugin to the latest version to make use of the plugin again. This article will describe how to upgrade the plugin.

Here are instructions to update the Digizuite Connector:

  1. From Photoshop, go to Plugins > Manage Plugins

  2. Select the Digizuite Connector plugin

  3. Select “Install” or “Update” (Version should be 5.5.5)

  4. Confirm that the Digizuite Connector is now loading in Adobe applications
