Update DC sometimes changes workflow language ID's to >0<

When updating DC you might experience that some of your workflows in the DAM center is not working.

This is most likely because an update script has replaced some language ID's in the workflow files.

On one occasion more than 20 workflows had their language ID on either "Process only for this language ID" or the value in Event data (entire structure) changed from >3< into >0<.

You can go ahead and check/change this one WF at a time.
