Why:

If you don't do this, the you might experience that some assets will not be visible in your DFS.


Fix to make DFS's connected to DC 4.7.0/1's assets appear in the DFS every time - without having to publish them manually.

  1. Go to the DAM Center
  2. Go to the workflow ItemWatcher → (DFS) OOBE give access to admins

  3. In the field "Process only where this validation applies (e.g. <FolderType>6</FolderType>)” overwrite it with this line:

    <LocationState>111001</LocationState> && <LocationStateOld>111000</LocationStateOld>
  4. Press save.
