This is the new administration dashboard which is the main feature in DAM for Sitecore 9.2. This tool is for administrators and developers. The purpose of the tool is to help debugging and doing a health check of the system. What we have experienced over the time together with partners and developers is that often the issues they experience is because of misconfiguration. With this tool the developers should be able to solve most of the issue by them self.
The new tool can be access from the control panel.
