Portal config manager comprises of variety of portal-related settings that used to be available in the DAM Center until version 5.7.
In order to access the portal config manager, navigate to ‘Settings’ (1) → ‘Portal config manager’ (2).
Mail templates, HTML templates and crop presets can be configured globally, for all the portals at once, if that is the user’s wish (1).
Otherwise, the user needs to select the version of the portal the configuration should be done for by selecting the correct option from the list on the left side of the page (2). It is also possible to directly configure the portal the settings are accessed from by clicking on the ‘Select current?’ button in the center of the page (3).
The user has now several configuration options, divided into tabs: configuration, labels, crop presets, mail templates and HTML templates. In order to quickly find a specific setting, the user can use the search box in the upper right corner of the page.
