The current 5.5.2 version does not support OneDrive as the default ‘My Documents’ folder on Windows. For now, the connector needs write access to that folder which is not the case for OneDrive setup.
The error shows itself when trying to enter the Media Manager URL. The error message is shown below but it reflects that we are not allowed to write the necessary configuration file to the My Documents folder.
A simple way to temporarily workaround or validate that you have this issue is to change the ‘My Documents’ folder to a local one that we would have write access to. You can then change back afterwards to the original one or restore to default.
