Things to be aware of
Dependent on the application and the asset type, the asset is either opened or directly placed in a predetermined location on the canvas:
In the case of InDesign, once the user has chosen quality, the thumbnail of the image will become attached to the mouse pointer, until the user clicks on the spot on the page, where it should be placed. The user can also pre-select the spot, in which the image should be placed (for example, a frame). If the goal is to replace another image already existing on the page, the user needs to click on it, and then click 'Place/Use and choose the quality from the connector' or choose a specific quality to insert with.
In the case of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere Pro, the procedure is simpler and the user can simply click Use 'Place' on an asset out of the Adobe CC Connector and the asset will be placed on the canvas.
Once the asset is placed on the page/canvas, the user can continue working with it like with assets from any other source.
