3 Copy all configuration files into the CD server

- For Sitecore 8.x, disable configuration file DFS.Assets.Lucene.Index.Master.config. This is done by adding a ".disabled" extension to the end of the file. This is not needed in Sitecore 9.

For a CD Server, there is no reason for the auto-synchronization to run, as that is handled by the CM server.
To disable this, comment out the <hooks> </hooks> section in DFS.Connect.config found under Configuration/Sitecore.
