Office Connector can be used in Outlook while composing messages. In order to bring out the Digizuite™ Office Connector to the interface of Microsoft Outlook, open a message composing window, and then navigate to the "Message" ‘Message’ tab. At the far right of the available tools, you will find "Digizuite" the connector button. Click on it to activate the Office Connector.

Office Connector in Outlook allows the user to attach assets to the message rather than embedding them. The method of inserting the assets into the message is the same as in other Office products.
