This section describes the user approval process scenario based on the configuration example provided in the previous section.
Stage 1: A new sign up
Once the configuration is complete, guest users can now sign up for Media Manager using the Sign up button at the bottom of the log in dialog.

Stage 2: Approving the new user
A user (or a group of users) responsible for managing new users will now receive a a new user approval task. Once the user has the task assigned to them, they receive a new notification. They can access the task either by directly clicking the notification or by going to tasks and selecting the correct one from the list of active tasks.(add screenshot)

The assigned user can preview the details of the tasks by clicking on it. The task details include relevant information split into several tabs. The most basic information concerning the task is contained in the Summary tab. If further communication is needed (in this case, for example, with the supervisor of the new user as specified in the request), it is possible to tag another user in the Comments section in the same way the ordinary asset comments work.(add screenshot)

In order to complete the task, the assigned user needs to click on the Action button and select one of the available options: accepting or rejecting the request.(add screenshot)

Stage 3: Logging in for the first time
If the e-mail notification is configured, the user will receive a confirmation in this form once the sign up request is approved.
