• Before installing the package, ensure the user that is installing has modify access to the following folders and files in the Sitecore web root:
  • \App_Config\include
  • \App_Data\
  • \bin\
  • \sitecore\shell\client
  • \Sitecore modules\shell\
    
    
• DAM for Sitecore 9.0.0 requires that Digizuite™ DAM is on version 4.9.0 or newer . and that it is configured with a Sitecore channel. See guide DFS 9.0.0 - Setting up the Digizuite DAM Center.
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 or newer, should be installed on the same machine as Sitecore instance is running on.
• If you use Telerik RTE and/or reference the Telerik.Web.Ui dll in any of the Sitecore site, then contact Digizuite for a custom build of the DAM For Sitecore package. 

1.3 Search providers

DAM for Sitecore 9.0.0 support the following search providers

• Lucene
• Solr

1.4 Platform

DAM for Sitecore 9.0.0 supports on premise deployment. We expect it to also work on Azure PaaS, but it hasn’t been tested.

1.5 Supported Sitecore products

This table shows which Sitecore product the DAM for Sitecore (DFS) module supports and which one it brings value to.

Print Experience Manager (PXM)	Image Added	-	Sitecore PXM is the Sitecore Print experience Manager where you can build print publications through the Sitecore interface and Adobe Indesign. DFS does not integrate with PXM but can Co-exist with Sitecore PXM.
Federated Experience Manager (FXM)	Image Added	-	Sitecore FXM product for consolidating business intelligence data in to Sitecore. Not relevant in this context for the DFS module.
